Certificates that stand up.
Anyone can run a test. What matters is whether the certificate is accepted. Every result we issue is produced under a recognised, accredited scheme — so Building Control, warranty providers and planners take it at face value.
ATTMA
Air Tightness Testing & Measurement Association
The recognised industry body for air permeability testing in the UK, operating UKAS-accredited schemes. ATTMA-registered testers follow the TSL1 (dwellings) and TSL2 (non-dwellings) standards.
What it means for you: Your air tightness certificate is lodged on the ATTMA database and accepted by Building Control everywhere in the UK — no questions over who carried out the test.
Elmhurst Energy
Elmhurst Energy — Approved Energy Assessor
One of the UK's largest accreditation schemes for energy assessors. Elmhurst registration covers SAP, SBEM and EPC production to the current Part L methodology.
What it means for you: Every SAP, SBEM and EPC we produce is lodged through an accredited scheme and is valid for Building Control sign-off and the national EPC register.
SITMA
Sound Insulation Testing & Measurement Association
The industry body for pre-completion sound testing, operating a UKAS-accredited scheme. SITMA-registered testers work to the standards in Approved Document E.
What it means for you: Your sound insulation results are produced to a recognised, audited standard and accepted by Building Control as proof of Part E compliance.
BPEC
BPEC Certification Ltd
A leading certification body for the building services sector, accrediting competency in ventilation testing and commissioning to the standards required under Part F.
What it means for you: Our ventilation testing and MVHR commissioning is carried out by certified operatives, so your Part F results are accepted by Building Control.
