How much does an air tightness (air pressure) test cost?
Air tightness testing starts from £95 + VAT per plot. The exact price depends on the number of dwellings, the property size and your location, with discounts for multi-plot developments tested in one visit. Send us the address and plot count for a fixed quote.
How much does a SAP calculation cost?
SAP Calculations start from £75 + VAT for a single new-build dwelling. The price covers Design Stage SAP, As-Built stage and the final EPC, plus unlimited specification revisions. Extensions, conversions and multi-unit schemes are quoted individually.
How much does sound insulation testing cost?
Sound insulation testing starts from £375 + VAT. Pricing depends on the number of separating walls and floors to be tested and whether airborne, impact or both are required under Approved Document E.
How much does a ventilation test cost?
Ventilation (Part F) testing starts from £45 + VAT per plot when combined with other testing on the same visit. Standalone visits and larger systems are quoted on the day rate — ask us for the most cost-effective option.
Are your prices fixed, or are there hidden fees?
Every quote is a fixed price agreed before we start. The figure we give includes the work described — there are no surprise add-ons at the end. Calculation services include revisions and the relevant certificate in the quoted price.
Do you offer discounts for multiple plots or combined services?
Yes. Booking several tests on one site visit, or combining calculations and testing into a single package, reduces the per-unit cost. Tell us the full scope of your project and we will price it as a package.
