- The project was required to achieve a 10% CO2 reduction and a 10% fabric efficiency reduction
The process
- This goal was achieved by improving the efficiency of the heating system so it met Part L of the Building Regulations for Integrated FGHR systems
- UK Building Compliance also made recommendations for further reductions via renewable technology. A 19%+ reduction could be seen with the addition of solar PV panels
