UK Building Compliance were appointed to undertake SAP Calculations on 5 new build dwellings in Forfar, Scotland.

- Offering tailored recommendations where necessary, including fabric specifications, heating system selection, and the appropriate capacity of solar PV.

- Compliant — Part L compliant with Scottish regulations (Section 6).
- All 5 new build dwellings passed first time.
