- UK Building Compliance were appointed to undertake a ‘Shell Only’ SBEM Calculation and Commercial Air Tightness Tests in Nottingham
- The client required the SBEM for a set of units to be sold as shell only
THE PROCESs
Our Stroma accredited Level 4 Non-Domestic Energy Assessors conducted the calculations which consisted of:
- advice to meet the building fabric targets for Part L2A
- consultancy on renewable technologies in order to meet the carbon reduction requirements
- guidance on the air tightess test strategy in liaison with our ATTMA accredited Level 2 Air Testers
