The brief
- UK Building Compliance was appointed by an Architect firm to undertake an L2B SBEM Calculation (Simplified Building Energy Model) and Air Tightness Testing for the Word of Life Church in Shepshed
The process
- The building was of excellent construction specification especially in it’s HVAC and Lighting Design which aided in achieving Compliance
- All these demonstrated compliance with Part L2B of the Building Regulations
- Additionally, we also provided Air Tightness Testing which was requested on a same day service as part of the package
