- A well established luxury bespoke home building company asked UK Building Compliance to complete SAP Calculations& Water Efficiency Calculations and Air Tightness Testing& Ventilation Testing at this set of Luxury Homes in the sought after location of Wellsborough near Market Bosworth
The process
- Due to this being a new development, multiple tests are often carried out over several visits. The results below show the tests for Plot 1 of this site
- After reviewing drawings, on site testing was ready to be completed. All calibrated equipment was setup in accordance to our strict procedures to ensure the most accurate result possible
