The brief
UK Building Compliance was instructed to undertake SAP Calculations, Water Efficiency Calculations, Background Ventilation Calculations and a TM59 Assessment on a new build dwelling near High Wycombe.
The process
- Once the drawings had been reviewed, we proceeded with the on-site testing.
- In accordance with our rigorous air tightness and sound testing protocols, all calibrated equipment was carefully set up to deliver the most accurate results possible.
- Our consultants guided the client to ensure compliance was met.
The results
- Compliant on all four assessments.
- Part O compliant with TM59 mitigations recommended.
- Trickle vents provide Part F adequate flow rates.
- Part G compliant — water efficiency of 109.65 L per person per day achieved (target ≤ 125 L).
