We carried out an Energy Statement, SAP Calculations & Water Efficiency Calculations and Air Tightness Testing at this set of exclusive development of Villas in the prestigious location of Wimbledon

The Villas featured high end Italian inspired fittings, including hand finished European solid oak doors with satin chrome ironmongery, engineered European Oak herringbone wooden flooring and large porcelain tiles
The process
- To meet The London Plan Requirements, the project had an additional 20% carbon reduction requirement on top of baseline Part L requirements
- This was met via low U-Vales and a 2.5kW solar PV system on each property
- After reviewing drawings, on site testing was ready to be completed. All calibrated equipment was setup in accordance to our strict procedures to ensure the most accurate result possible
