- UK Building Compliance provided a Complete Package for this client - we assisted from the Planning Stage (Regulation 25A) to the Design ( SAP Calculations& Water Efficiency Calculations), right through to Completion ( Air Pressure Testing & Ventilation Testing)
The process
- We completed a Regulation 25A Report in order to assess the feasibility of various renewable technologies for the project
- Our assessors assisted with the U-Value Design, Thermal Bridging and the Heating Design
- Requirements to be met included Part L, Part G and Part F standards
- A Site Readiness Checklist and a Common Faults Guide were issued to the client prior to the tests being carried out to ensure the low Air Tightness Target was achievable
