The brief
UK Building Compliance were appointed to undertake a series of Commercial EPC’s at a row of industrial units in Burbage, Leicestershire. These were required due to the prior EPC’s being expired upon 10 years.
The process
Our Level 4 Stroma accredited Non-Domestic Energy Assessor visited site to draw up a plan and collect information on the buildings’ HVAC systems
Evidence was also gathered in the form of photographs for auditing purposes
RESULT
A quick turnaround was achieved at the clients request
Despite the age of the buildings, they all achieved a respectable C rating
