UK Building Compliance can offer a complete package and guidance including SAP and testing for Building Regulations on new build properties.
The building testing consisted of Air Tightness Testing, and the building certification included L1A SAP Calculations.
The process
After drawings were reviewed, on-site testing was ready to be completed in accordance with our strict air tightness testing procedures. All calibrated equipment was set up to ensure the most accurate result possible.

- Compliant on air testing and SAP.
- Average DER of 23.57 kgCO₂/m², below the 26.08 target.
