The brief
- Derby Homes Ltd instructed us to complete a domestic Air Pressure Test on a new build house in Derby
- After getting in touch and requesting a quote, the job was booked in and our technicians got to work
- On this project, each house had an Air Pressure Testing Target ≤ 5 m³.h.m² @ 50pa
- The Sound Insulation Test was an Airborne Party Wall test and had a Target of 45, to pass an Airborne test, you must score 45db or hig her
The process
- After reviewing drawings, on site testing was ready to be completed. All calibrated equipment was setup in accordance to our strict procedures to ensure the most accurate result possible
