- We were instructed to carry out Part L SAP Calculations, Part G Water Calculations, Part F Ventilation Testing & Air Tightness Testing on this new build project in Leicestershire
- The client had a desire to go above and beyond baseline Building Regulation requirements to achieve almost passive house standards
The process
- In order to achieve an A-rated Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), our assessors assisted with the specification of the Glazing U-Value, Thermal Insulation & Heating System as well as recommending a 5.4kW Solar PV system
- Our air tightness technicians used their expertise and experience to diagnose several air pressure faults on site. This led to a significantly improved air tightness score
