What if my air test fails?
You get unlimited re-tests within the specified timeframe, with full diagnostics and video diagnostics so you can see exactly where the leak is. Most re-tests pass within a week once the gaps are sealed.

How much sound testing do a block of flats need?
Part E sets a sample rate of sound tests based on the number of dwellings and the construction types between them — both airborne and impact tests on separating walls and floors. We work out the required sample from your drawings and quote it as part of the package.
What does the package price cover, and what is quoted separately?
The headline price covers SAP + EPC, Water, Air, Ventilation and the Sound testing sample as a fixed bundle. Overheating is quoted on review of your drawings — flats are often the highest overheating risk, so this is assessed carefully. We confirm the full price, usually within 48 hours.
Do flats need an overheating assessment?
Yes — Part O applies to new dwellings including flats, and apartments are often the highest risk because of single-aspect layouts and limited openable area. We advise on whether the simplified method passes or a full TM59 simulation is needed.
Can you do this anywhere in the UK?
Yes. We cover England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. SAP equivalents in Scotland (Section 6) and Northern Ireland (Part F1) are handled under the same fixed price.
