Does a commercial new build need an air test?
Yes — air permeability testing is part of demonstrating Part L2 compliance for most new non-domestic buildings, and is usually the last test before sign off. We carry it out with ATTMA-accredited engineers.
What happens if the air test fails?
You get unlimited re-tests within the specified timeframe, full diagnostics and sealing advice, and video diagnostics so you can see exactly where the leakage is. Most re-tests pass once the obvious gaps are sealed.
