The story so far, in his words.
Mike is a Senior Test Technician at UK Building Compliance, with over 11 years of industry experience. Since recently rejoining the team, Mike has undertaken responsibility for the management of his own client portfolio for on-site testing services, office-based assessments, and giving practical guidance.
He consults and provides remedial/sealant works for properties for air tightness testing, as well as being responsible for retrofit contracts — helping private landlords and homeowners build towards their perfect home. As the industry has grown and expanded over the years, Mike’s skill set, confidence and passion have grown alongside it.
Qualifications
- ATTMA: Air Testing Level 1 & 2 EA & PH
- BPEC: Domestic Ventilation Testing & Commissioning
- Level 3 DEA — Domestic Energy Assessor
- Level 3 Retrofit Assessor (including Older & Traditional Buildings)
